Are you looking for new Montreal restaurants to try right now? Consider visiting this place that serves Romanian street food in the city.
It is above all a culinary journey when you open the doors of Here from here!
This new Romanian spot has just opened in August 2021. The name of the restaurant “Mici” comes from the name of a romanian sausage based on “minced meat, delicately spiced, cooked to perfection on the grill”.
MTL Blog asked the owners to tell us a bit about Mici D’ici to which they replied: “We sell Mici, a Romanian sausage also called Mititei. We put it in sandwiches and on poutine.
The menu includes items like Naked Mici, Mici Sandwich, Chiftele Slider, and Sausage Lollipop.
A recently added menu item was also popular with customers – the Double Cannon: a burger with two Micis in it, a slightly spicy sauce, sauerkraut, and fried onions.
Wondering what to buy when you go? The owners said their bestsellers are Mici Slider, Mici Sandwich, and Truffle Salt Fries – in case that helps narrow down your decision. They were also proud to mention that they “have received Aliments du Québec au Menu accreditation because the majority of [their] the ingredients come from here, hence the name of Mici D’ici. “
If all of this sounds delicious to you, head to Mici D’ici on Mont-Royal Street to try the menu. Just be aware that it is closed on Mondays.
