Jesinta Franklin reveals her hassle-free weekly meal plan

She is a loving mother of two young children shared with AFL star’s husband Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin.

And model Jesinta Franklin revealed to her fans on Instagram on Sunday that she was trying out a meal plan for the first time to see if it helped the “run of the week.”

The 30-year-old’s weekly dinners aren’t as strict as you might think, with a healthy balance of lean protein, good carbs, and steamed veggies.

Jesinta shared a screenshot of a memo from her iPhone, where she listed the dinners for the week ahead, starting with a fish curry and turmeric rice for the Monday night meal.

Tuesday is shepherd’s pie with salad, Wednesday is chicken stir-fry with kelp noodles (a type of seaweed), and Thursday is pasta with “sneaky” ground meat.

Dinner on Friday consists of lamb chops with mashed potatoes and steamed greens, followed by lamb shanks and mashed sweet potatoes on Saturday, and soup on Sunday.

Jesinta married Sydney Swans star Buddy, 34, in 2016, and the couple share daughter Tullulah, one, and son Rocky, six months.

Romance is alive and well in their marriage, with Buddy having surprised Jesinta this month by bringing home a huge bouquet of stunning cherry blossoms.

Buddy, who is due to celebrate his wedding anniversary next month, was outspoken earlier this year when he discussed their marriage and fatherhood in an interview with Daily Mail Australia.

Discussing what he loves most about fatherhood, he said: “I love everything about being a dad. But the evolution of my relationship with Jes from a couple to a family is also. really special and rewarding. ‘

Praising Jesinta as an “amazing mom” to Tullulah and Rocky, he went on to say, “Jes is one of the most loving and caring people I know.

“I am fortunate to have such a great partner to share this trip with. “

Meanwhile, when asked about the secret to a happy marriage, the athlete responded with a refreshing and honest response.

“I’m not sure there’s a secret… every relationship has its obstacles, and we all react to situations differently, so it’s important to discuss and keep an open mind,” he said.

“With such busy schedules, it is also important for us to set aside time as a couple and as a family. “

And while Buddy may not consider having more children in the immediate future, he still keeps his options open.

Buddy also shared his retirement plans, revealing that he would like to continue to be involved with the AFL.

Buddy has also said he hopes to pass his love for the AFL on to his children, but will not force them to follow in his footsteps by becoming athletes.

“I just want them to enjoy the game,” he said.

“Being able to bond around something I love and share that with them will be enough.”
