Prior to her amazing weight loss, Sarah says she led a “completely sedentary lifestyle” where she would never exercise.

Her daily regimen included large portions of meals, “whatever was available” snacks, and drinking wine almost every night.

“A typical day can be something like scrambled eggs made with four eggs on four pieces of toast, all spread with heavy butter, latte, and a packet of cookies or cake slices for the middle of the day. morning, ”she explains.

Her turning point in losing weight came after she was embarrassed when she struggled to adjust to the larger size of work clothes.

More than six years later, Sarah – who now weighs just 75 pounds – says she feels happier and healthier than ever.

“I am now living a life that I never dared to dream possible and I want to share my story in the hope that only one person can read it and say ‘if they can do it, so can I,’ she said. .
